Generally, PVC adhesive is used in the following cases:
- To glue the PVC pipes together
- To glue the connections and different parts of the pipes to each other
- As a mastic sealant and waterproof various parts
- To fill fractures and install patches on plastic parts
how to maintain
This product is flammable and should be kept away from flame and heat. Also, the operator is obliged to study and observe the MSDS conditions of this product, use a special mask and safety gloves when using it, and use the product in well-ventilated environments.
Store in closed containers in a cool dry place at a temperature of 53-53 C away from sparks and fire.
Shelf life: Maximum one year after the date of manufacture
How to use
The surface must be completely dry, free of any dirt, grease, and dust. Spread the adhesive with a brush in a thin layer on the inner surface of the connector, so that the upper surface of the smaller diameter pipe opening is impregnated with a thicker layer of adhesive. Then insert the pipe and the connection without any rotation until the edge of the pipe reaches the end of the connection and hold it for a few seconds, without moving, to achieve the initial grip. After 14 minutes, the connection is tight.
